MOD LEAGUE U10 & U11

What is mod league for ages U10 & U11?

Junior League is a great way for young boys and girls to stay fit and healthy while having a ball along the way. For our U10s and U11s, it’s all about being a part of the team, half-time oranges and most importantly having fun!

U10 & U11 have their own special rules and the elimination of scrums. There are 11 players per team on the field at a time to ensure plenty of smiles and that everyone gets their turn with the ball.

The essential info:

  • 2 x 20 minute halves

  • 6 tackles in a set.

  • Pass twice in every play.

  • Dummy Half wears a Pink Vest and First Receiver wears a Yellow Vest. Both players can run the ball, be tackled and not turnover the ball to the opposing team.

  • Goal conversion kicks.

  • Kicking is allowed in play but no bombs allowed.

Grand final series is applicable for U10 & U11's and is played at historic North Sydney Oval.

Boys and girls play in the same teams, usually until the age of 12, that way everyone can play with their friends.
